What happens next?

• Your request is queued for review by our team.
• Within 30 days we permanently delete your personal data: account profile, enrollments, watch history, quiz attempts, uploaded content, and messages.
• We retain payment records only where required by law (up to 5 years for accounting and tax compliance).
• You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided once deletion is complete.

What data will be deleted

• Your personal profile (name, phone, email, password)
• Course enrollments and progress
• Quiz attempts, grades, certificates
• Wallet balance and reward points (any unused balance is forfeit)
• Support tickets and chat history
• Device information and FCM push tokens
